The construction is to sit on an elevated pier foundation. Two shipping containers are stacked on each side with traditional framing in the middle to complete the building. The roof in the middle portion sits taller to let light in from windows on the sides. This also allows for cross ventilation through the middle portion of the building.
The stairwell leads to a bridge in the middle of the building that allows access to each side and also allows for the natural light from above. The design is made to be light and open.
